Comprehensive housing reform in the center of Madrid

We have recently carried out the comprehensive renovation of an apartment in the center of Madrid, in front of the Santiago Bernabéu. Our goal was to transform the space into a modern, comfortable and functional home in a house with tradition and many possibilities.

It is a very spacious apartment that had not been renovated in at least 40 years. The hallway configuration that was used at that time restricted the possibility of creating more modern and usable spaces, so we decided to provide it with a spaciousness that provides more light to the apartment.

The kitchen has become the main axis of the home, with custom furniture and a central island that functions as a kitchen area. The owners have demonstrated their good taste by accepting most of the "outside the box" ideas that we have proposed, with daring solutions that have resulted in a space that leaves no one indifferent!

In the bedrooms, we opted for a minimalist and functional design, using light colors and soft textiles to create a feeling of peace and tranquility. In addition, we install custom cabinets and other furniture to make the most of the available space.

The result has been a resounding success! The owners have been delighted with the result and we are proud to have created a comfortable, functional and tremendously modern home.
