The owners of this beautiful penthouse located on the outskirts of Madrid contacted us as they needed to make a radical change to their home. They loved the location, but the house did not meet their needs after many years of living there and having increased their family. In addition, the irregular distribution that the home had originally represented an additional challenge. We had to adapt the home for a family with two teenage daughters and create new spaces for work and relaxation.

We listen to your needs and requirements to be able to propose a new distribution. We managed to redistribute the space so that each girl had a bedroom with space to study, in addition to expanding the storage areas throughout the house and enabling a new space for teleworking. Separation partitions were eliminated and replaced by large sliding wooden and glass doors that allow them to play with the distribution of the space depending on their needs.

They wanted the kitchen to be a place where, in addition to cooking, they could spend time; That is why we designed a very comfortable area where in addition to eating you could also work.

We integrated the pantry and laundry area into the kitchen, visually separating them by iron and glass doors, gaining a lot of light in the kitchen.

For the owners it was vital that the house had good acoustic and thermal insulation. Significant soundproofing of the entire home was carried out with acoustic panels, new carpentry and underfloor heating/refreshing floors were installed, maximizing energy savings and the feeling of comfort.
