In this project, the home was an old chalet about 50 years old that was in very poor condition. The building was not large, so the challenge was greater.

We carried out a complete demolition of the interior, updating all the installations and insulation, both acoustic and thermal, and we redistributed the space both on the upper floor - where the two bedrooms of the owners' daughters were to be kept - and on the lower floor, where we join the living room and the kitchen.

With this new distribution, we achieved a meeting space for the family that was not available in the old distribution, which was a priority for them.
